The product must be returned undamaged and in its original condition, including the original box. Always use an outer box to prevent damage to the original packaging. Make sure the return form is enclosed; returns without a return form cannot be processed.

The costs of returning the product are for your own account. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Once the return has been received, we will refund the amount due for the product to your account within 14 days.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, it is only possible to return kWh meters when they are unused. This is because it is not possible to reset the meters, which makes the product unsellable when returned. Of course, you can return your kWh meter in case of a defect. We will examine your kWh meter and deliver a new one if necessary.
